Does the ECA stack remedy really work good for fat loss? I was talking too a trainer at the local GNC and he said that there is such a thing called ECA stack, he told me i can try doing it, its taking a weight loss pill called lipo 6 which i purchased and take 2 lipo 6 pills and 1 asprin before my work out daily and it will give me the best results, and at the same time take lipo 6 as directed daily. Is this true?

What do I take when ECA stack stops working? Hey, I have been taking an ECA stack for about 6 weeks now as a weight loss aid and it has been great, I've had no adverse effects, loads more energy so can exercise much more and have been able to stop snacking as am hardly ever hungary. So basicly I've been losing weight steadily and loving it. Now i've heard that after a while, your body gets used to the stack and it stops having any effect. Is this true? jimothy12 replied: "I think you are on the right track. Its hard to say how much you will loose. My suggestions would be to eat 5 small meals. For instance, For breakfast: 2 egg whites, 1 whole egg. Snack: low fat yogurt lunch: 1 cup of lettus and 4 oz of chicken snack: 10 almonds dinner: 4oz of chicken or fish with 2 cups of veggies. Eating over the whole course of the day will help keep your metabolism working throughout the day. Use to keep track of what you eat throughout the day. Becareful not to over train. If you dont eat enough and are constantly working out your body will shutdown and you will not get the progress you are looking for. best of luck."

It sounds like a rather strange treadmill workout. 4. Plastic wrap and belly dancing? Is this supposed to be part of your workout program, or just a description of your intimate activities? I can't make a lot of sense out of your question, but the bottom line for weight loss is to take in fewer calories than you need to fuel daily activities. The realistic goal should be no more than 2 pounds per week because your body can only convert fat to energy so fast. Beyond that, you start cannibalizing muscle and compromising your ability to function. It sounds like you're getting a reasonable amount of aerobic exercise that should contribute to your weight loss. You're not eating a lot of junk, that's also good. ----- edit: So far, you're verifying all my statements. 1. "never worked out?" What sort of training do you suppose it takes to race an Iron distance triathlon? True, I don't hang around the weight room much. I run to the Y, do my swim workout, and run home. 2. Still not sure about eca, but adding the word "stack" suggest its one of those goofy supplements. I don't know any professional that recommends those. Possibly dangerous, certainly a scam. 3. Treadmill, 6.5 is incline, then whats the 3.5? MPH? KPH? I've done inclines that high and higher in physiology studies, but that seems awkward at best for a regular workout. 4. The reason no one is giving you a "how much will I lose" answer, is because there is no answer. Even with the information (?) given, there are still too many variables in metabolism from one person to another to give even a rough guess. I stand by my statements. Although your workout program is odd, it would seem to be enough to use up a reasonable amount of calories. Other than the supplements, your diets seems reasonably nutritious. Lose the eca, laxatives, and plastic wrap, double your water intake, and I think you'll have something going. How much? Try it for a couple months and report back. Is Red Cutz Ephedra or Heat a better Ephedrine Alkaloids weight loss pill? I noticed that the real ephedra from years ago had the active ingredient Ephedrine Alkaloids. Most of the ones I saw at have them. Beware of the fake ephedra being sold elsewhere. It is a new scam. Fake ephedra does not have the active ingredient ephedrine alkaloids.
